Refund policy
We take great care in handcrafting and inspecting each piece prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the unique nature of handmade products, we are unable to verify issues reported after this period and therefore cannot guarantee replacements.
Refunds
All products are made to order; therefore, we do not provide refunds.
Replacements
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will provide a replacement of the same model or another suitable solution.
To process a replacement, the original damaged item must be returned. Once received, a replacement will be shipped to you. Please note:
- We cover the cost of crafting and dispatching the replacement.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping is managed by a third-party courier service.
Conditions for Replacement
As each piece is individually handmade, slight variations or small craft marks are part of its character and uniqueness. An item qualifies for replacement only if:
- The structural integrity of the item is compromised, or
- Components have detached from the metal band.
